With tips on preserving wild food all year round as well as an important lesson on what not to eat, this event is fun & informative. The walk takes approx 1hr 30 mins & starts & finishes at the Abbey Grounds, followed  by a 'show & tell' with the wild produce collected.

Nádúr Collective was founded by likeminded chefs David Gallagher, Niall O'Sullivan & Paul Quinn with an aim to use traditional food production methods with as many wild, natural or found ingredients, where possible. Chef Ross Carlin is the latest member of Nadúr Collective.
